According to a report by The Times of India, the student, Jitesh Gupta, failed to attend a call from his parents in the morning and then they called his friend. The friend looked for Jitesh and saw his body through the window and informed the authorities.
¡°Jitesh, a resident of Hardobara in Bihar¡¯s Siwan district, has been preparing for IIT-JEE entrance for the last three years in a premier institute of Kota,¡± Ishwar Singh, sub-inspector at Mahavir Nagar police station told TOI.
There was no suicide notes discovered and the Police are yet to ascertain why Jitesh took the extreme step.
