Please remember, nothing is as bad as you think it is. A lot of people around the world are duped on the pretext of love, but it is only you who can see and realise where things are going - here are signs everywhere. Anyhow, there are few things one can do for starters - never share your personal pictures with people who do not trust, always inform someone about your whereabouts, do not fall for everything that a person says and always trust your gut feeling.
