A teenager named Angel Kenmore from Las Vegas recorded it and called 911 that night. Around the same time, a Las Vegas police officer reported seeing something fleeting in the sky.
The American Meteor Society said the supposed UFO's flash was visible from as far away as California and Utah.
In the video, an unusual movement was captured above a fencepost. In the transcript of Kenmore's 911 call, you can hear him saying, "In my backyard. I swear to God this is not a joke, this is actually ¡ª we¡¯re terrified."

Later, Kenmore claimed to have seen a creature, describing it in a YouTube video as "a tall, skinny, lengthy creature" with a "grey greenish color."
He said they were huge, about 8 to 10 feet tall, with big eyes and mouths, and shiny eyes that didn't look human.
The responding officers were also shocked, with one saying, "I'm so nervous right now. I have butterflies, bro ¡ª saw a shooting star and now these people say there's aliens in their backyard."

You can't deny it, say officers
Afterward, police put up cameras at the Kenmore house.
They have stated that there's no evidence indicating the event was faked.
Now, experts confirm it's real and hasn't been altered.
Scott Roder, an evidence examiner, told News Nation, "Once you see it, you can't deny it." He added, "We believe it's attached to a body. And the motion of that head from right to left is consistent with the motion that we see between the slats of the fence."
He concluded, "It's there. It's absolutely there."
