People Outraged After Ruthless VIP Movement Blocks Ambulance With A Bleeding Child For One Hour

In another shocking case of the boorish VIP culture, an ambulance carrying a bleeding child was stopped near Indira Gandhi Indoor Stadium in central Delhi. The incident sparked outrage on social media, when one of the passersby streamed a live video on Facebook.

Outraged by the apathy of Delhi police, bystanders gathered around to let the ambulance pass. The child can be seen on a stretcher while locals came forward to convince the police.

In the video, one of them can be heard sarcastically saying,¡°VIPs are more important than the life of a child who is bleeding."

The ambulance driver who was equally frustrated screamed saying, "Who would be responsible if the child dies?" After a one hour long wait, the police let the ambulance go after the VIP entourage zipped past the Ring Road near Rajghat.

¡°The ambulance was stuck behind several cars. We got the passage cleared and brought it ahead. In a span of few minutes, it was allowed to go,¡± said a senior police officer.
