There's a tea seller who is making waves on social media but this person is not Dolly Chaiwala. Surat's 'singing chaiwala' has now caught the attention of the internet after a new video featuring the tea seller went viral.
In a clip that has been posted by Mumbai's famous celebrity photographer Viral Bhayani on Instagram, Vijaybhai Patel can be seen entertaining his customers while preparing tea at his stall in Dumas.
The short clip shows Patel holding a microphone and enchanting his audience with his rendition of Kishore Kumar's evergreen hit 'Chingari Koi Bhadke' from the 1972 movie 'Amar Prem'.
The post's caption praises Patel, saying, "Vijaybhai Patel of Surat has been operating a tea stall in Dumas for many years. Vijaybhai's tea is sweet, and even sweeter is his voice. People travel from far and wide to sip Vijaybhai's tea and listen to his songs."
The video quickly went viral, attracting over 2 lakh views in less than an hour after being uploaded. There was a communing of social media users in the comments area to show their admiration.
One user commented, "He has a great voice," while another wrote, "Wow, kya talent hai." Many others showed their appreciation with clapping and heart emojis.

This recent spotlight that Vijaybhai Patel brings to mind another tea seller who saw a surge in following on internet earlier this year. In February, Microsoft founder Bill Gates, who was on a visit to india, shared his experience of exploring the nation and made his interaction with Dolly Chaiwala, another tea seller who became an internet sensation, public.
The tech billionaire posted a video on Instagram applauding the innovative spirit of Indians, particularly in their approach to making tea. "In India, you can find innovation everywhere you turn¡ªeven in the preparation of a simple cup of tea!" he captioned the video.

Dolly Chaiwala, whose real name remains unknown, operates a roadside tea stall near the old VCA stadium in the Sadar area of Nagpur. He gained fame for his unique tea-making style, sharing numerous videos online that have garnered lakhs of views. His distinctive approach continues to attract significant attention and admiration.
