Legendary Australian Cricketer Shane Warne Passes Away
Shane Warne has reportedly passed away in Koh Samui Thailand of a suspected heart attack. Warne was found unresponsive in his villa and despite the best efforts of medical staff he could not be revived. The family requests privacy at this time and will provide further details in due course Warne made his debut for Australia in 1992 against India.
Shane Warne, arguably one of the greatest leg spinners of all time has reportedly passed away of a suspected attack. He was 52.
According to Fox Sports, Warne¡¯s management released a brief statement in the early hours of Saturday (AEDT), that he passed away in Koh Samui, Thailand, of a suspected heart attack.
¡°Shane was found unresponsive in his villa and despite the best efforts of medical staff, he could not be revived,¡± the statement reads. ¡°The family requests privacy at this time and will provide further details in due course.

Warne who made his debut for Australia in 1992 against India went on to play 145 test matches and 194 ODI during his career.

He retired from international cricket in January 2007 at the end of Australia's Ashes series victory over England.
He took 708 test wickets in test matches and 293 in ODIs.
He later played in the Indian Premier League and other Twenty20 competitions before retiring from all international cricket in 2013 but continued to be involved in the game as a broadcaster.
