Telangana CM KCR On A Mission To Please Another God, With Golden Moustache Worth Rs 75,000!
Telangana chief minister, K Chandrasekhar Rao, took a vow to appease the gods following fulfilment of his dream of a separate Telangana state.
After an exorbitant display of gold ornaments worth Rs 5 crore to Lord Balaji atop Tirumala, KCR is set to make another donation of a gold moustache to Lord Veerabhadra Swamy in the state's Mahbubabad district.
Rao arrived at the temple along with his family and offered the 'gold moustache' worth Rs 75,000 to the deity.

The CM has drawn severe criticism from the opposition, which claims that the use of the state exchequer-the Common Good Fund of the Endowments Department to satiate a 'personal vow' is completely unacceptable.

But KCR seemed unfazed by criticisms and continued with his thanksgiving tour to the lords. On Wednesday, KCR along with his family offered gold ornaments to Lord Venkateswara and a nose stud to goddess Kanaka Durga in Vijayawada and goddess Padmavathi in Tiruchanur.
Today, he offered the 'Bangaru Meesalu' (golden moustache) to lord Veerabhadra Swamy at Kuravi in Warangal.
