Teens camping in Louisiana forest spooked by 'Bigfoot' with ¡®glowing eyes¡¯

Bigfoot, Sasquatch, Himalayan Yeti, Menk, Abominable Snowman, and more... these are some of the names that have been used in various countries around the world to describe a large, human-like yet wild creature that many believe still lives in the wilderness. But to date, other than some grainy photographs and indistinguishable videos, no one has been able to find the creature or confirm its existence. This has, however, not stopped Bigfoot enthusiasts from believing it is out there and continuing to search for it.

Camping students report Bigfoot encounter

Recently, the Louisiana Police were called in to rescue a group of school students who were camping in a forest after they allegedly spotted a Bigfoot. A group of recent high school graduates from Houma in southern Louisiana were camping in Kisatchie National Forest when they had a Bigfoot encounter. The teens claimed that they encountered a Bigfoot-like creature with ¡°glowing eyes.¡±

The Bigfoot encounter was reported on the evening of June 28, shortly after they set up camp in the forest.

No Bigfoot found

They reportedly ¡°heard a growl and saw what appeared to be an animal that had glowing eyes and stood about 5 feet tall." The terrified students called 911, and a rescue party was sent to the forest. The cops did not find the Bigfoot but found the terrified teens and brought them back to safety.

Previous Bigfoot encounter

It should be noted that this is not the first alleged Bigfoot encounter reported from Kisatchie National Forest. In 2019, two men claimed to have visual and audio evidence of Bigfoot in the forest. They also claimed to have seen footprints and signs of Bigfoot ¡°markings,¡± such as twisted tree limbs.

While no concrete evidence has yet been found to establish the existence of Bigfoot or any of its foreign cousins, reports of sightings have always turned such spots into go-to destinations for cryptozoologists and explorers.
