This 6-YO Syrian Boy With Cancer Needs Urgent Treatment But Trump's Muslim Ban Won't Allow It
His condition requires an intensive course of medical treatment including chemotherapy, surgery, and radiation - all of which is very expensive.
Mohammad Al-Khaled is a six-year-old Syrian boy suffering from bone cancer and he may not be able to receive treatment due to Donald Trump's recent Muslim ban.

Currently residing in Jordan, Al-Khaled is suffering from Ewing Sarcoma, a type of cancer that builds in bone or soft tissue. Jayne Fleming, a New York-based advocate who works for refugee causes, told Reuters how she was trying to get Al-Khaled rehabilitated in the US before Trump's immigration order hampered her plans.

Fleming had consulted a paediatric oncologist at Children's Hospital Los Angeles who, after reviewing the boy's medical records said that his condition required an intensive course of medical treatment including chemotherapy, surgery, and radiation - all of which is very expensive, reports Independent.
The boy's father, Jihad Al-Khaled, has appealed to Trump to either lift the Muslim travel ban on Syrians and people from the other six nations or make an exception for cases such as his son's.

He said,
"I want to tell Donald Trump that the Syrian people have always been peaceful people. The whole world has abandoned the Syrian people. All I care about is my son¡¯s treatment. I pray to God that Trump will have mercy on these children. If it was me, it would not matter. How long am I going to live anyway? But the children ¨C they matter."
Let's hope Trump takes notice of this father's emotional plea in order to save humanity from dying a certain death.
