When it comes to character, Gautam Gambhir's name ranks pretty high in the recent past for the Indian cricket team.

The man played two crucial knocks which helped us win the 2007 World T20 and 2011 World Cup.

Now the man is no longer a regular in the international scheme of things. But he has taken it in his stride and let the bat do the talking. Good form in domestic cricket and the IPL certainly sent a strong message to the selectors.

But sadly, he was not picked in the squad for the Champions Trophy. But has the man lose heart? Not at all, in fact it has inspired him even more.
Gambhir retweeted a famous message from his inspiration Muhammad Ali, which is a reminder at how obstacles help one do better.

Great attitude from the southpaw. It should not be long now that he is seen in Indian colours.
