Arshdeep Singh closing in on twin milestones
The Indian fast bowler has claimed 95 wickets in just 60 T20I innings for Team India. With two more wickets he will surpass spinner Yuzvendra Chahal's tally of 96 to become the most successful Indian bowler in T20I history.
Not just this, he is also on the verge of becoming the fastest fast bowler to reach 100 T20I wickets. He will aim to beat Haris Rauf's record of 100 wickets in 71 matches. Depending on his performance during the series, Arshdeep could also become the third or fourth fastest bowler overall (including spinners) to achieve this feat.

Sanju Samson and Phil Salt eyeing century record
Both batters have scored three T20I centuries each. If either player manages to hit another 100 during the series, they will join Suryakumar Yadav (4 tons) as the second-highest century-makers in the shortest format of the game. A second century from either player will see them equal the all-time record held by Rohit Sharma and Glenn Maxwell, who each have five T20I centuries.
