They tied up the driver as well as the security guard on the truck and left them behind as they drove the truck to a nearby industrial estate.

A recent robbery of Apple products in central England is a grim reminder of the same. A new report by Reuters states that the robbery that took place on Tuesday resulted in a theft of Apple products worth 5 million pounds (~Rs 49,30,00,000) in value.
The thieves targeted a truck carrying Apple goods on a slip road to the M1 motorway in Northamptonshire. As per the British police, they tied up the driver as well as the security guard on the truck and left them behind, as they drove the truck to a nearby industrial estate.
Once there, the thieves transferred the truck¡¯s trailer onto another truck. They then drove it about nine miles to the town of Lutterworth, Warwickshire to transfer the 48 pallets of Apple goods onto a third vehicle. These pallets have been reported to contain Apple Watches, iPad models and even charging devices.
Police said they wanted to speak to "anyone who may have been offered any Apple products for sale in unusual circumstances, or who knows of anyone who is selling such items at low-cost prices". The investigation into the robbery is still on by the police.
