Why Buy Boring Old Regular AirPods When You Can Print A Giant-Sized Pair Instead?

Master_Aar/Reddit
A Reddit user by the name of Master_Aar debuted their creation on the platform yesterday and it's.....well it's something all right.
Yup, that's Apple's AirPods in an all new-hammer-sized avatar. It's not just a prop either, they're fully functional. Though given their size, they're headphones for maybe elephants and plain old speakers for everyone else. Master_Aar even went ahead and posted a video of the thing playing Beatles' 'Here Comes the Sun'.
Why did Master_Aar even build something as ridiculous as this? Well they say they "wanted a project and was out of ideas." It's actually not really complex, they just 3D-printed a novelty case for a bluetooth speaker. After all, building an actual supersized version of this from scratch would be both expensive and ludicrously tiring work.
Sadly though, Master_Aar says they're not going to bring this fancy prop to market anytime soon. "Sadly I can't sell it because Apple would get pissed," they wrote, "but yeah several people have asked if it's available for purchase." They won't even have a matching right piece for a while they admit, at least until work thins out. But if you're impatient, you can find instructions to print your own pair here.
In the meantime though, it's fun to imagine maybe Ant Man having this custom set for when he supersizes himself to fight a Marvel baddie
