The Yamaha R3's retail sticker price in India was Rs 4.65 lakh. However, it is now offered for an alluring Rs 3.60 lakh following a staggering Rs 1.05 lakh price cut. Compared to its competitor, the Aprilia RS 457, which retails for Rs 4.20 lakh, this is significantly less.
This places it close to the KTM RC 390 and Kawasaki Ninja 300, which have retail prices of Rs 3.21 lakh and Rs 3.43 lakh. Likewise, the price of the Yamaha MT-03 drops by Rs 1.10 lakh, from Rs 4.60 lakh to Rs 3.50 lakh. With a price tag of Rs 3.13 lakh, the KTM 390 Duke is its closest rival.
