According to legal documents filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court, Jackson claims that on Mother¡¯s Day, yes, Mother¡¯s Day, Burgin allegedly assaulted her while she was holding their baby. The actress detailed an alleged six-month stretch where physical abuse was a weekly routine. Burgin is accused of choking her, scratching her, and bashing her head into walls. She also claims he shattered her phone, wrecked her television, and showed no signs of slowing down.
