CM Punk to betray Sami Zayn at Saturday Night¡¯s Main Event? The threat looms large
CM Punk is set to team up with Sami Zayn to take on Bron Breakker and Seth Rollins at Saturday Night¡¯s Main Event. His past with Paul Heyman and Triple H¡¯s desire to surprise fans may see the ¡®Best in the World¡¯ turn heel during the match.

CM Punk and Sami Zayn formed an alliance on the latest episode of WWE Raw to neutralise Seth Rollins and Bron Breakker. Post this, it was announced that they would be taking on ¡®the new Paul Heyman Guys¡¯ at Saturday Night¡¯s Main Event in a tag match. This may have paved the way for a shocking heel turn at the event, which is set to take place on May 25.
Is a CM Punk heel turn on the cards?
CM Punk and Sami Zayn forced Seth Rollins and Bron Breakker to beat a hasty retreat in the opening segment of this week¡¯s Raw. They received an assist from Jey Uso, the reigning World Heavyweight Champion. After clearing the ring, the three men struck a pose similar to the one The Shield had given the night Seth Rollins turned on them. A user shared the photo on X (formerly known as Twitter) and implied that Zayn was going to betray Punk the way ¡®The Visionary¡¯ had backstabbed Roman Reigns and Dean Ambrose a decade ago. While this is in the realm of possibility, WWE may have some even more shocking in store.
Plan B.

Triple H, who heads the creative team, could surprise the WWE Universe by having Punk turn heel on Zayn at Saturday Night¡¯s Main Event. ¡®The Second City Saint¡¯ is a Paul Heyman guy in and out despite the fact that The Wiseman betrayed him at WrestleMania 41. The Hall of Famer¡¯s role in helping him emerge as a star during his early years in the industry could help him look past the events that transpired at ¡®The Show of Shows¡¯. Moreover, Punk and Rollins had issues with Roman Reigns. As such, they could even team up to target him (whenever he returns to WWE programming) if Punk turns heel.
That said, this angle is purely hypothetical at present but it is well within the realm of possibility given that Triple H did not hesitate to turn John Cena heel for the first time in 20 years. One could get more clarity about Punk¡¯s future course of action in the days to come.
What did CM Punk say on Raw?
CM Punk opened Raw with a fiery promo in which he called Paul Heyman a ¡®fat snake¡¯. Following this, the veteran manager made his way to the ring. He was accompanied by Seth Rollins and Bron Breaker. The superstars attacked Punk, which forced Zayn to make the save. ¡®The Badass¡¯, however, proved too much for him to handle. Jey Uso eventually rushed to the ring and saved the day.
