While the world is shaken by the atrocities of Russian troops on Ukraine, a tale of reunion is warming the hearts of many. A viral video shows a pet reuniting with her owner after being lost for days in the war-struck area of Bucha in Ukraine.
In the video, the canine called Nessie is seen rushing to hug her owner as she sees him after many days.
The video shared by the Battalion named after Kastus Kalinovski ¡ª the Belarusian military unit of the Armed Forces of Ukraine ¡ª is melting the hearts of many on the internet.
The military shared the video with the caption: ¡°A little bit of positivity in these difficult times."
The army explained that the volunteers fighting with Ukraine found the stranded dog while returning from war-torn Bucha.
¡°Rescued the female dog, Nessie. Her family has already been found and she will return to them tomorrow,¡± tweeted a Belarusian soldier from the unit.
