The video has been shared on Max McFarlin's Facebook handle with the caption, "1 Finger, 5 Masala!! Flying Dahi Bhalla ??."
He tossed the plate in the air and demonstrated how the shopkeeper prepared dahi bhalla. The man preparing the dish then mixed in yoghurt and five masalas. The shopkeeper pointed to him and told him about applying five masalas with one finger. The salt came first followed by red chilli powder, black pepper, cumin powder and ajwain or carrom seeds.
When McFarlin went over to pay the shopkeeper after finishing the dish, he called him "chota bhai" (little brother) and refused to take any money.
In between the video, you can see the American blogger speaking Hindi and repeating to the customer like "Ram Ram", "Namaste", and many more words which left the Internet saying "Aww."
