Recently, a FIFO employee dubbed the ¡°World¡¯s hottest truck driver¡± came forward to share some shocking revelations about her job as a truck driver, which befuddled everyone. Perth-based Ashlea, a digital content creator as well as a part-time truck driver, unveiled that she earned a six-figure sum from her truck-driving ventures, which allows her to live her ¡°best life¡± when she¡¯s not at work.
Ashlea shared a glimpse of her life working in Western Australia. She has a job as a dump truck driver, and her work schedule is quite unique. She works for 14 days straight up in the Pilbara mines, and then she gets 14 days off. Her daily routine starts early at 4 a.m., and she faces challenging 12-hour shifts in the scorching heat while driving the truck.
She Makes Nearly Rs 1 Crore In A Year
However, the hard work has certainly paid off. Ashlea earned $120K (nearly Rs 1 crore) a year for working six months out of the whole year. Over the already heavy load she carries around, Ashlea also has an "awesome life."
She revealed her trade secrets to her audience: "So how do I achieve this? Well first of all I do a two-and-two roster, so every month I have two weeks off, so that gives me plenty of time to do some really awesome things."
Ashlea added, "I make it a priority in my life to do super cool sh*t." Her social media presence is certainly a testament to how much fun she has on the daily.
