¡°I made it so that she can have fun,¡± Haylee's father was quoted as saying by KDVR.
¡°So that, when she gets in and out of a wheelchair, she has an idea of why she needs a wheelchair, but now it¡¯s fun.¡±
According to reports the little girl wishes to be a cop someday. To make things more interesting her father even made her a pair of handcuffs, a badge, and a uniform.
The local police were so touched that they actually visited Haylee to make things more special.
