This Artist's Masala Dosa Painting Will Make You Drool With Hunger
Twitter user Varuna Shreethar took to the microblogging website to share the masala dosa painting done by her - the beautiful and almost edible-looking piece of art literally brings the south Indian dish to life.
In a different version of 'is it cake' where people made hyper-realistic cakes that looked just like everyday objects but were actually baked goods, this painting of a masala dosa will leave you wondering if it is real.

To be honest, if the artist hadn't mentioned that she "painted masala dosa", we would have never been able to tell that it is a painting!
The painting features a mouth-watering masala dosa, along with two bowls of sambar and coconut chutney garnished with curry leaves and dried red chilly.
The artist also shared a time lapse video of the entire process to ensure that everyone believes that it is not an actual masala dosa but a painting of it.

The tweet has gone viral on the microblogging website with more than 31,000 likes, and thousands of retweets. Twitter users took to the comments section of the post to share their disbelief, and praised the artist's painting skills.
"Painted? Unbelievable - seems it¡¯s served to eat," wrote one user.
Another user pulled out an older post by the same artist in which she had shared the painting of filter coffee. The user wrote, "Filter coffee bhi hai to complete the meal," while sharing the earlier tweet.

"Looked too real omg," commented another user.
Netizens also enquired about the technique used by the artist to make the painting.
¡°Great work! Is it oil painted? Or designed and painted using a software?¡± read a comment.
Varuna¡¯s painting skills have gone viral on social media earlier as well. She had painted a hyper-realistic painting of Maggi that had won everyone's hearts on social media. Her painting captured each and every detail of the instant noodles' packet.
