Swiggy Delivery Person Goes Above And Beyond Call Of Duty, Saves Man's Life After Taking Him To Hospital

The official Instagram handle of Swiggy shared a short story about how a delivery person on their fleet who went over and above the call of duty to help save a man's life.
The incident dates back to December 25 of last year, when the delivery executive named Mrunal Kirdat, selflessly came to the aid of retired Colonel named Man Mohan Malik.
Man Mohan had fallen seriously ill and his son decided to rush him to the Lilavati Hospital in Mumbai. However, there was heavy traffic that day and thus the commute was taking longer than usual. His son requested for some help from two-wheeler riders as they could navigate through the traffic faster, but to no avail.
Finally, Mrunal came and without any hesitation rushed Man Mohan to the hospital. Mrunal asked other people stuck in the traffic to make way and quickly took the ailing man to the hospital, where he also informed the staff about the man¡¯s serious condition.
As per the post, the Colonel was able to recover in a few weeks time and expressed his gratitude for the Swiggy delivery man

¡°On 25th December, I fell seriously ill and my son decided to drive me to Lilavati Hospital. There was heavy traffic and we were unable to move even an inch. My son frantically pleaded for help and requested two-wheeler riders for help as they could navigate through the traffic faster and get me to the hospital. But passers-by did not stop. A Swiggy delivery boy was kind and immediately agreed to take me to the hospital. Shouting over and over again, Mrunal Kirdat asked other motorists to give way. Finally, we reached the hospital. Mrunal quickly informed the staff that I was serious and asked them to act at the earliest,¡± reads the caption of the post.
