Royal Challengers Bengaluru's (RCB) long-awaited victory in the final showdown of the Indian Premier League (IPL) after defeating Punjab Kings (PBKS) has left fans celebrating the triumph. In the midst of this, a viral and unique video has surfaced on social media, allegedly from a wedding ceremony that came to a standstill for the RCB vs. PBKS match on Tuesday, June 3, 2025.
The video is now doing rounds on the internet, which shows the bride, groom, and guests glued to a giant screen during the nail-biting match. Moreover, people are also seen cheering up and jumping with joy in the viral clip.

In the final, RCB defeated PBKS by six runs to win their first IPL championship. Moments after the victory of RCB, celebrations took over the streets across India. The celebration went up a notch across the country such that in certain parts of Bengaluru, police even used lathis on supporters, which intensified celebrations nationwide.

Apart from Virat Kohli's raw moment on the field, the 43-second clip has also garnered a lot of attention on social media. The video shows a big LED screen that was installed near the Mandapam at a wedding venue and aired the final moments of the game between PBKS and RCB.
In the viral clip, the camera was focused on RCB's loyal warrior, King Kohli, who was prepared to bowl the final delivery. This was a time when the team needed 12 runs from the final delivery, and however, even as Shashank Singh cleared the boundary for a six, the audience erupted in cheers in celebration.
