As Rockstar Games has maintained their silence over the launch date of the game or the release of the second trailer of Grand Theft Auto VI, fans speculate the second trailer is going to be launched in April 2025.
According to new rumours on social media, Take-Two Interactive, the parent company of Rockstar Games, released its first trailer of the highly anticipated game in December 2023. Amid this, fans are speculating that the second trailer could drop in April.

The new rumours and speculations started making rounds after a viral post on X (formerly called Twitter) claimed that the second trailer would come in April.
The post shared by an X account called @GTA6Alerts captioned the post, "That seems most obvious and aligns with Rockstar¡¯s marketing strategy from the past. April 1, 2025, might be the day, as no one would expect it to drop on April Fool¡¯s Day.¡±

Theory behind the new speculations
According to an NTDV Profit report, the theory has been formulated by GTA VI O'clock, which is one of the oldest and the most famous fan pages of the game.
It is reported that they have received a 'credible tip-off' that Grand Theft Auto VI's second trailer will drop in early April.
An X user shared the GTA 6 O'Clock's theory which is based on a timeline of comparing the marketing campaigns of GTA V and Red Dead Redemption 2. The post also pointed out that Rockstar Games' AAA games had five-to-six-month marketing campaigns.

So if we keep the launch date in mind, the campaign is expected to begin in late March or early April, as per the group's new predictions.
Apart from this, the group also mentioned that besides the historical marketing pattern study, the claim is also based on an authentic tip-off.
