Now, a video shared by IAS officer Awanish Sharan shows desi jugaad unlike no other.
A video is going viral showing a bullock walking on a treadmill-like machine. As the camera pans out, one can see that the machine is attached to a pump that is spraying water into the fields for irrigation.
The video further demonstrates many such machines operated by bullocks. It shows a man switching on many light bulbs connected to an electric motor that is further connected by the other machines.

IAS officer's video divides internet
The video has garnered more than 1.6 lakh views. People have had mixed reactions to the innovative technique. While some were extremely critical of using animals, others appreciated the idea.
"animal exploitation in the name of innovation," a user commented.
"Good innovation !! But animal cruality ! Who is lookings at that! And prople like you just for few likes do anything!" another user said.

Talking of jugaad, earlier a thresher machine was used as an air conditioner during a wedding.

In the video, a thresher machine can be seen placed in front of a tent installed to welcome the baraatis. The machine can be seen parked over a water body, which is helping spread cool air during the scorching heat for the wedding guests.
