Production team shares a statement
While fans were under the impression that the pictures were a part of a promotional strategy, they were actually posted by a fan who claimed to have spotted them in the Sinchon area. The fan posted the photos, along with a poster that included the title and premiere date of My Dearest Nemesis.
However, the drama's production team has now denied the claims that the photos were intentionally released to generate buzz. In a statement made on January 15, the agency expressed frustration with the photobooth company for leaking pictures without permission.
"This is not a promotional poster we distributed. It was uploaded by the photo booth company. It is indeed leaked, and while we can¡¯t go into details, it¡¯s part of the broadcast content," the production team said in a statement, as per Koreaboo.
