Man Feels Instant Regret After Doorbell Camera Catches Him Insulting Girlfriend's Dad

Meeting your partner's family is always a huge step in any relationship - and one always has to be at their best behaviour to make the right impression.

You never get a second chance at a first impression, so it's usually wise to be your best foot forward to begin with as failing to get the nod of approval from your partner's loved ones can make things very tricky moving forward.

Unfortunately, that wasn't the case with his man who appears to have blown way his chances after insulting his girlfriend's dad while he waited outside his house.

It just gets worse when you realise that the man was caught on doorbell camera calling his girlfriend's father something not very polite while talking to someone on the phone.

In the short clip shared on TikTok, he can be heard saying: ¡°Alright, well, yeah, I gotta go meet this d***head so¡­¡±

At this very moment, he spots a tiny camera on the door and lets out a groan of "ugggghh goddammit."

The post has gone viral on social media, garnering more than 2.4 million views on TikTok. Many people voiced their second-hand embarrassment at the scene.

Others considered the girlfriend in the scenario, with one commenting: ¡°If he feels that way about her family she dodged a bullet knowing it now.¡±

In an unrelated incident, a man was killed after his daughter¡¯s teen boyfriend allegedly shot him during an altercation in US' Louisiana.

The victim, Dezmon Hamilton, confronted his 14-year-old daughter¡¯s boyfriend after the boy used a ladder to sneak into his house on July 18, according to WBRZ 2 News. The father and the 17-year-old boy, exchanged gunfire.

Both Hamilton and the teen were armed, though it was not clear who fired the first shot.

Hamilton died in the hospital.

The boy was injured but survived. He was later arrested for second-degree murder, illegal use of a weapon, and illegal possession of a stolen firearm.

According to local authorities, it was not the first time the teenagers had seen one another covertly; the father tried to keep the boy away before.

Authorities stated the suspect used a ladder to climb into his girlfriend¡¯s bedroom window at a previous residence as well.
