The post shows a resignation letter written by an employee named Rajesh along with the caption, ¡°This letter is short but very deep. A serious problem that we all need to solve..¡±
Writing a resignation letter to your boss can be quite a task. However, as tedious as it may sound, it is necessary, and all of us have done it at least once. For those of you who have never left a job, this might come as a shock but well maybe you can learn something from it. What that lesson will be is up to you to decide.
You have so many things running through your head - should you be detailed? Should you be funny? Should you make it as formal as it can be or keep it short and simple? There are endless possibilities. However, this one person decided to take the easiest way out and wrote a resignation letter that doesn't even classify as a 'letter'.
There are many instances of bizarre resignation letters but this one takes the cake.

The shortest resignation letter?
The employee, Rajesh, may have possibly written the shortest resignation letter ever to be seen. The photo shared on LinkedIn by Mr Goenka shows the letter dated June 2022 with the words, "Dear Sir, I resign. Maza nahi aa raha."
He ended the short letter with, ¡°Yours sincerely, Rajesh¡± to end the letter.
People took to the comments section and addressed their concerns - is the letter real? Others pointed out how informal letter is.
A LinkedIn user commented, ¡°It's the feeling of almost every employee but not all can express...The most genuine resignation letter...¡±
"Yes, we need to understand that why Rajesh has taken this step?
Identification and understanding the problem should be the 1st step followed by its solution," wrote a Twitter user.
"Is the employer expected to be an entertainer so that employees have fun all the time? What if the employer is not having fun working with the employee? Can he also send a similar letter to fire him?
Thali dono haath se bhajthi hai," wrote another user.
A third user commented, "Yes, without ¡¯mazaa¡¯ no fun. It¡¯s somewhat trying to make the horse drink water..! Unless heart is in the job at hand, that integral shine unlikely to stand out."
