Woman Criticises Tinder Date For Not Knowing How To Drive, Says It's A Red Flag; Netizens Divided
The guy got her two Jurrasic World tickets despite her telling him that she doesn't like dinosaurs. He even made her pay for the tickets. Not just that, he even asked her to make out - which she obviously rejected.
A woman's tinder date and her opinion after that has left the internet divided.
A TikTok user by the handle @Em Dog Millionaire shared her Tinder date experience and called it ''SO BAD.'' She explained that this was her "first Tinder date after getting out of my relationship since high school," and why it was "awful."
She said: "We matched, we're chatting, he looked really cute in the photo - like so cute I'm like I reckon he's a catfish because he looked too cute."
However, that's where the 25-year-old started to notice the first of many red flags yet to come. After chatting for a while, the two decided to finally meet up - this was arranged at a popular meeting location in Brisbane, where Emma's from.
Despite being easily accessible, the man claimed it was difficult to get to the location of the date and added he didn't know how to drive.
Even though she politely offered to pick him up she called it a 'red flag.'
However, that was just the beginning. Things just got worse. When the pair got to the restaurant, he questioned whether he should be paying for her as she recalls him asking: "Do I have to pay for you?"
"It gets worse though," she says.
"The buzzer goes off and he goes up to get his food and he comes back down and says 'ah yours is over there by the way,' and I was like 'you couldn't have just grabbed that?' Like what are you doing?"
After that, the guy got her two Jurrasic World tickets despite her telling him that she doesn't like dinosaurs. He even made her pay for the tickets. Not just that, he even asked her to make out - which she obviously rejected.
When they leave, she said, "he just assumes I'm gonna drive him home so he just gets in my car."
Even though the entire date was pretty bad, people were focused on what she called a red flag.
One user said: "How is not driving a red flag, though?"
Another added: "How is not driving a red flag? You being bothered about that is a red flag."
A third commented: "Why is not driving a red flag though? Many people don¡¯t own a car, it¡¯s pretty normal."
Others however were on her side. Someone said: "Not driving is a 100 per cent red flag. Every guy on tinder I talked to lost it either drink driving or speeding and then they brag about it. Not cute."
