The last decade or so has seen how becoming a YouTuber is no more just a hobby for people, and has gone on to become no less than a full-fledged profession for many.
Youtube stars are nowadays earning crazy money with the amounts going into millions or even billions of dollars! After all, who doesn't love earning money, right? But one immensely popular YouTuber who earns a whopping $38 million (nearly Rs 315 crore) a year has reportedly gone on to say that he feels like he's cheating the system by bringing in so much money.
Mark Fischbach, aka Markiplier, has more than 33 million subscribers on his YouTube channel and over 10 million followers on Instagram.
Logan Paul recently asked Mark about his huge earnings and he admitted it was "stupid" that he makes so much money, as per a report in LADbible.
While speaking on the Impaulsive podcast, 33-year-old Mark, who also features on the Forbes Top Creators list and Highest-Paid YouTube Stars list of 2022, had said, "I make an ungodly amount of money, and it feels unfair. I'm open to talk about it because it just seems like such a cheat of the system to be able to have this much success, when really all I want to do is make content and inspire others to make content."
He said, "But at the same time, it's something I can't deny, because to deny it would be a hypocritical thing to do."
He continued, "It's just stupid when I have what I have, and I'm able to do what I do, and I'm able to eat, have a roof over my head, able to do whatever I want, whenever I want. The next thing I do is give it away to people that need it, or try to invest in my friends to be able to lift them up, and hopefully they find success."

Another YouTuber Opens Up About 'Crazy Money'
Meanwhile, YouTuber MrBeast, whose real name is Jimmy Donaldson, recently claimed he was offered a ridiculous $1 billion for his channel.
The 24-year-old American star has a staggering 106 million subscribers, and with an audience that size, it's no surprise that he's had offers. Speaking on the Flagrant podcast, he reportedly said: "There¡¯s people, not like official term sheets, but you know like people that would actually be able to afford it.
"Like you know, ¡®a billion dollars if we could own the channel and the companies¡¯ and stuff like that. And I¡¯m like, ¡®oh that sounds enticing but I don¡¯t know if I want to work for my YouTube channel."
To be fair, he ain't exactly struggling to make bank, as Forbes revealed in their 2021 rich list. His reported earnings were $54 million (?39.5 million) in 2021, and with his audience still growing, there is plenty more where that came from, as per the report.
