Nawazuddin Siddiqui: Pandemic Made Us Realise We Are Running Behind Unnecessary Things

We have been dealing with this pandemic since over a year now, with second wave of Covid-19 even more dangerous than first one. This time the individual is fighting for the oxygen if infected with this virus.

The pandemic has made everyone way stronger, shattered a lot of fake facades and made us realise a lot of things.Bollywood actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui too believes that this pandemic has thoughtus a lesson that we have been running behind unnecessary things.

In an interview with TOI he said, “Pandemic made us realise that we have beenrunning behind unnecessary things. This phase made us realise that there is noneed to run behind work. Sab sochte the ki paisa milne se life achchi ho jaatihai, but the pandemic showed all of us the true picture”.

We cannot agree more.

In aninterview with Indiatimes he even added what he learnt from this pandemic, “ Ilearned that the nature gave us time to pause ourselves as we were becomingvery materialistic, and stop all our desire and if we don’t stop then we mightface even worse. So I feel we should start being more loving, caring towardspeople and nature.”
