¡®SRK = Shekhar Radha Krishna¡¯; An Old Video Of The Actor Saying So Goes Viral Amid Pathaan Row
Shah Rukh Khan¡¯s Pathaan controversy is the country¡¯s talking point for a week now. Owing to the film¡¯s first track Besharam Rang and Deepika Padukone¡¯s out-and-loud look, the buzzing birds are spreading venom. Amid the fiasco that has taken a religious turn, an old video of SRK calling himself ¡®Shekhar Radha Krishna¡¯ is going viral.

In an old video, on being asked what if Shah Rukh was Shekhar Krishna, SRK replied saying SRK shall be ¡®Shekhar Radha Krishna¡¯.
When asked whether, according to him, he would have experienced a similar kind of fame and prominence if his name was Shekhar Radha Krishna and not Shah Rukh Khan, the actor replied, ¡°I don¡¯t think there would be any difference¡ I think artists have this tendency to transcend divisions since you don¡¯t consider who is from what community, from what sect, you just like it/them or you don¡¯t. I would still smell as sweet whatever name you call me by.¡±
SRK recently recalled how he along with his kids used to cry after the defeat of his IPL team back in 2014.
In a conversation with Robin Uthappa, Shah Rukh shared, ¡°When we started in 2014, it was in Abu Dhabi and we were losing all the matches. I remember I used to sit there with my kids. We used to cry like kids alone in the hotel room, ¡®arre, ye firse haar gaye, bada dukh ho raha tha. ¡° Kuch bhi keh lo, dukh toh hota hai. Gyaan jitna bhi de lo ki zindagi mein aisa hota hai vaisa hota hai, lekin jab haarte hain, tab acha lagta nahi hai.¡±
Parallelly the uproar surrounding Besharam Rang continues to go sky-high although the numbers of supporters and haters are now turning to dilute.
TMC MP Nussrat Jahan slammed her opposition for racing such issues and told NDTV, "They have a problem with everything. They have a problem with women wearing hijabs. They have a problem with women wearing a bikini. It is them who are telling the new-age women of India what to wear.¡±

¡°They are trying to command our lives by telling us what to wear, what to eat, how we should talk, how we should walk, what we should learn in school, what we should watch on TV¡we are completely directed in this so-called new, evolved India. It is so scary. I fear that in the long run, I do not know where it would take all of us¡± Ms Jahan said.
