Bollywood actor Ayushmann Khurrana is vigorously promoting his next, An Action Hero. The actor was lately in Delhi where he promised to meet one of his fans who happens to be a street performer. Owing to his words, Ayushmann was seen visiting the street singer and jamming on ¡®Paani Da Rang¡¯ with him.
Sharing the video, the street artist wrote, ¡°Thank you @ayushmannk apna wada rakhne ke liye¡¡± He also added that apart from Paani Da, the duo also jammed over Jehda Nasha. Ayushmann responded to Shivam¡¯s post saying, ¡°Shivam mera gaana gaane ke liye shukriya! Lots of love." See the video here:-
Ayushmann in a conversation with Bollywood Hungama said, ¡°I think it's just that I don't want to do anything regressive. I know, the popular palate is slightly regressive, but I can't change my mindset like that. So, this is my USP, I'll do films which are progressive, that have a moral.¡±
¡°I believe in cinema for change and the more people watch it, like it should be a theatrical because it reaches out to more people. So, eventually, of course it will come on OTT also, but if it comes in theaters, it'll reach to more people. So, I think that's my only effort,¡± he further added.
Ayushmann told News18, ¡°I really don¡¯t know what should be the criteria for this whether the newest language should be the national language or the oldest language should be the national language. It¡¯s about jo aapki language hai wo aapko pasand hai (You like the language that is yours).¡±
¡°We cannot put one language at the forefront whether it¡¯s old, new, or a mixture of languages. This is not that country. Hindi is a mixture of a lot of languages. Like in colloquial tongue, we usually mix three languages- Hindi, English, and Urdu. It¡¯s like a buffet of languages in our country so every language and culture is important," he said back then.
