The 54-year-old continued,?"He was such a part of our DNA. We were always the six of us. This was a chosen family that forever changed the course of who we were and what our path was going to be."
She disclosed that the actor unexpectedly sent her the picture, accompanied by a thoughtful text, one day.

After sharing the screenshot of the text message, the actress uploaded an emotional clip from Friends featuring Matthew's character, Chandler, expressing love and bidding farewell to Rachel as she prepares to move to Paris.
