Moreover, Karan isn't the first celebrity to have quit the micro-blogging site. Earlier, Zaheer Iqbal who made his debut with Salman Khan's production 'Notebook', left Twitter after sharing the news on Instagram.?
The screenshot of his last tweet read, "Goodbye Twitter". Even Salman Khan's actor brother-in-law Aayush Sharma have deleted his Twitter account. He took to share why he quit the social media platform.?

On the other hand, his rival Kangana Ranaut's Twitter account was permanently suspended for repeated violation of Twitter rules, as revealed by a company spokesperson, according to the Indian Express.?
Her account was banned following her vitriolic remarks on the post-poll violence in West Bengal, which allegedly seemed to promote violence. Her comments sparked massive outrage and many wanted to take action against her at the time.?
Coming to Karan Johar, the filmmaker is currently busy with his upcoming directorial 'Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani.'?
The film stars Ranveer Singh and Hollywood debutante Alia Bhatt in the lead roles apart from Jaya Bachchan, Shabana Azmi and Dharmendra in crucial roles in the film. Karan also wrapped up the seventh season of his controversial TV show Koffee With Karan on Disney+ Hostar recently.?
