Today, Karishma Tanna posted a video of herself weight lifting and doing intense push ups and pull ups. She revealed that she was having bad day but still chose to power through and push herself to go to the gym.?
Karishma wrote, "Today was one of those days where my energy was low , lack of sleep, unnecessary thoughts, over thinkingĄstill pushed myself to go to the gym and workout.. letĄ¯s motivate each other and try to stay healthy. We can do this."
On most days, her husband Varun Bangera also accompanies her to the gym as both are gym fanatics.
