Katrina¡¯s diet is refreshingly simple and focused on home-cooked meals. At 41, the actress prefers homemade food and avoids eating out. She always carries her meals with her, ensuring she sticks to what she knows is good for her body. Her self-care routine includes practices like oil pulling, nasal cleaning, and shatpavali (taking 100 steps after lunch and dinner), which are surprisingly similar to everyday practices in many Indian households.

With a pita body type, Katrina has a high metabolism and favors cooling foods to balance her system. Her diet includes black raisins, chewed fennel seeds, and ash gourd juice. If ash gourd juice isn¡¯t available, she opts for amla juice and mint coriander as substitutes.
Instead of snacking frequently, Katrina prefers two substantial meals a day, emphasising the importance of ¡®Ghar ka khana¡¯. Her dietitian notes that she is perfectly happy eating similar foods regularly.
On the professional front, Katrina was recently seen in the thriller Merry Christmas alongside Vijay Sethupathi. She also reprised her iconic role as Zoya in Tiger 3, the latest installment of the YRF Spy Universe, sharing the screen with Salman Khan and Emraan Hashmi.
