There is no other way to begin this article than with the truth: I love cheese. I am amazed by how every damn thing magically tastes WAY better by just adding cheese.?
As a little girl, I would go to the fridge and sneakily eat 4-5 cheese slices everyday. Then as as a teenager, whenever my family would order pizza, I would pick out all the cheese from the slice and indulge in that melted, gooey cheese without touching the bread. Then when I taught myself how to cook, seeing cheese melt became one of the things I would look forward to the most.?
Fast forward to a couple of weeks ago, I sat in my dermatologist's office playing with all the pens on his desk, when he announced the cause of my adult acne and no points for guessing it was cheese. I had to give up cheese in order for my acne to go away, as simple as that.?
While it broke my heart, I decided to live without cheese. How? By finding equally delicious, gooey and intensely satisfying alternatives to cheese. Below are a few recipes I swear by that taste as fine as our beloved: cheese.? Who said you can't have everything??
