"Only if I had more time Vats...." my closest girlfriend said these words to me last week when she was juggling three meetings, 799 unanswered emails, two-hour yoga classes, income tax returns and two back--o back styling shoots, all in a span of 10 hours, 8:00am to 6:00pm.
I suggested, if she has so much work to get done, she could wake up early in order to accomplish whatever she plans to. The answer, as expected was: "I am not a morning person, babe."?
This conversation then got me wondering about how if most of us work between 4:00am-7:00am, we'll be able to get a lot of sh*t done and possibly turn our dreams into reality. Read further to discover the enduring appeal of working late night and the plethora of benefits.?

Let's get real. Every dream, every goal and every aspiration comes at a cost. You need to hustle, work hard and struggle to get what you want to. That's why my suggestion to people who think they don't have enough time during the day, is to start working between the magical hours of 4:00am to 7:00am.
I mean instead of talking to your boyfriend or girlfriend on the phone all night, binge-watching shows or scrolling (or stalking) endlessly on Instagram or Facebook, spend those hours accomplishing things that actually matter.
For instance, you can respond to emails at 4:00am so that when you reach work at 9:00am, you can start working on the presentation, report or article that's due. You can also go for an early morning workout which will give you the desired pump to get through your day while you get things done.?
While others are dragging themselves into work, you will have a spring in your step knowing that you?have already done great things.

Also, if you want more motivation, here are a few surprising benefits of staying up at night and working:?
This can be positive or negative. It depends on how you spin it. According to researcher at University of Chicago, night owls have proven to be bigger risk takers. This might not pay off in gambling but for night owls looking to start their entrepreneurial venture it can be a win-win!?
There's one solid reason why people prefer to write or get work done at night: it favours creativity. A lot of studies have shown how night owls come up with more creative solutions to problems than early risers.?
Research published in Psychology Today has shown, on multiple accounts, how people who go to bed late are likely to be more intelligent.?
That said, working late doesn't mean you let it take a toll on your health. There is the unsaid thing: make sure you get enough sleep, and to do that, you'll probably have to go to bed on time.
