Even celebrity trainer, Yasmin Karachiwala (who works with celebs like Deepika Padukone and Katrina Kaif), swears by face yoga. She actively performs these exercises and shares a new face yoga regime each week on her Instagram account.?

End by gently pressing your knuckles into your temples. This exercise prevents wrinkles on your forehead by releasing unnecessary stress.
Place index fingers under your eyes. Cover your teeth with your lips and attempt to pull your top and bottom lip away from each other. Look towards the ceiling and flutter your eyes as much as possible. The result? Toned upper eyelids and reduces lines under the eye.
