A heartwarming video has gone viral on social media showing the crew of an Air India Express flight giving a surprise to a woman passenger on her birthday. In the video, shared on Instagram by Afzal Khan (@mr.cabin_crew), who works as a crew member of the Tata Group-owned airline, the boy can be seen approaching him with the request.
