We all want to help the poor people, but seldom we are able to do so because most of us are barely able to meet our monthly expenses. Left with nothing, we only hope?that one day there will be a chance to help the needy persons around and at that time we will not disappoint them. Harikrishnan V Nair, a business development manager working in a firm in Dubai has got a chance to help the poor, that too in a big way. He has just won a lottery worth $3.2 million (Rs 20.8 crores), which is also the biggest-ever raffle prize money.
Nair, who originally hails from Kerala is the winner of e Abu Dhabi international airport's 'big ticket' lottery.?
Speaking to media, Nair said initially he could not believe that he was the winner and thought it was a prank.
"I overlooked the first couple of calls... But later, when some radio stations and mediapersons started calling me, I asked my wife to check the lottery website, just in case. And she said we had actually won. We are still in disbelief," Nair said.
It was third time lucky for the 42-year-old who has been living in Dubai since 2002 with his family. His past two attempts didn't bring him any luck and he wasn't expecting anything different this time either.

With his new found luck, Nair is planning to travel the world, and also buy a new house in his hometown.
"I would like to plan for my son's education and buy another house in India. I want to take good care of my mother and my wife's mother too, who are in India," he said.
Charity is also on top of Nair's agenda.
"I have always wanted to help people in need, and by God's grace I can do it now. That is something I will really do," he said.??
