An Indian student was killed in Melbourne, Australia after what appears to be a date gone horribly wrong.?
Maulin Rathod, an accounting student who has been living in Australia for four years was found critically injured in the house of a girl whom he had met through an online dating site on Monday. He died in a Melbourne hospital on Tuesday.

According to Seven News, the 19-year-old girl who lives alone in her house where Rathod was found injured has been arrested on charges of intentionally causing serious injury and added that charges will be reviewed following his death and upgraded to manslaughter or murder.
The report also added that the girl's house was frequently visited by police in the past to quell noisy and sometimes violent disturbances.
Lovepreet Singh, a friend of Rathod told the channel that he was the only child of his parents and recalled him as a "very humble personality, very jolly in nature.¡±
