Banerjee was promptly admitted to Seth Sukhlal Karnani Memorial (SSKM) Hospital in Kolkata, later transferred to the Bangur Institute of Neurosciences at the IPGME&R ¨C SSKM Hospital Centre in Kolkata for further treatment.
Following necessary medical procedures including stitches and tests, the Chief Minister was discharged and taken to her residence, accompanied by Abhishek Banerjee and other family members.?
