Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI), the nodal agency behind the Aadhaar programme has introduced a new id for children aged below five years.?
The new card, 'Baal Aadhaar' can be obtained by enrolling with the child's birth certificate and the Aadhaar card number of one of the parents.
