Women's representation at the workplace is a big issue of our time. The problem is even more acute in the IT and technology sector, where there aren't enough women in the first place.

Comparably.com just came out with a list of the best companies to work for at their annual?Leadership Awards, companies that got high marks from their employees for both encouraging diversity and being a great place for women to work.
It found Microsoft's CEO Satya Nadella coming up on second position, which is great news. The CEO of a big tech company being rated by the company's own women employees is a good trend towards improved diversity and women's representation at work.
