X user?Venkatesh Gupta recently shared an image of a Microsoft engineer driving a Namma Yatri to, as he put it, to "combat loneliness on weekends." The image shows the engineer in question from the back without revealing his face, and yet, somehow the impact it created was massive. It was something a lot of people could relate to.?¡°Met a 35 year old staff software engineer at Microsoft in Kormangala driving Namma Yatri to combat loneliness on weekends,¡± the caption read. When Gupta got into the auto, one can imagine he wasn't prepared to run into an engineer eager to fight loneliness this way. It was a humbling sight that left everyone who came across the post amazed. One can only imagine especially how jarring these moments alone can feel in big, crowded cities.?

Perhaps one reason why this post went viral was because it threw light on the subject of loneliness and how you don't need to be somewhere alone on a mountain to feel it.
