The legend of Bigfoot--a huge bi-pedal, ape-like, primal and extremely hairy humanoid creature--goes back as far as the 1800s and is said to have originated in North America and Canada. Some claim to have seen a Sasquatch or Bigfoot as tall as 8 feet. Additional claims refer to its "well-built" and "beefed up" body. Today, the mythical creature continues to baffle and mystify keen online sleuths and experts. A recent sighting of a 'baby Bigfoot' has set the internet afire again. Here's what you need to know.

"We know what you're thinking. It's Chaka from Land Of The Lost. Our gut reaction to this photo is that it¡¯s probably a short person in a costume, maybe a kid, right? But after analyzing it for a while, we're not so sure anymore," Stephanie Wood wrote on Facebook while sharing the video that for some reason is unavailable now.
But the first question that comes to mind after watching the footage is why the video quality was below average, a hard thing to imagine given how the cheapest smartphone comes with a 12 MP rear camera (in India at least).
The clip shows "baby Bigfoot" enjoying a stroll through the woods. Apparently even the deer grazing were startled. "Could this be a baby Sasquatch or one of those hairy little people that pop up in reports now and then, which are described as 'squatchlets?' Stephanie queried, reports LADbible.
"One thing we know for sure is that the truth is truly stranger than fiction in more cases than not. Chaka or a Squatchlet? You decide."

"Honestly, the deer in the photo makes this 99.9% believable. This looks like an adolescent sasquatch I seen [sic] in a dream. Never had a physical sighting but have witnessed/heard signs of sasquatch," wrote someone online. "Bigfoot? That deer in the foreground is bigger than that child in a costume," speculated another.
There was another user who pointed at the hair that was cuffed around the wrists, leaving them sure this was a hoax.
