Guinness World Records (GWR) shared a video on YouTube showing the world's oldest living man, who is 111 years old.?
In the video, John Alfred Tinniswood from England reveals what he believes is the key to his longevity. In addition, he offers some guidance to others.Tinniswood claims that the secret to his longevity is "pure luck".?
He went on to say, "You either live long or you live short, and you can't do much about it."?
He also offered advise to others on how to keep fit. "If you drink too much or you eat too much or you walk too much; if you do too much of anything, you're going to suffer eventually," he went on to say.
According to GWR's blog, Tinniswood gave his thoughts on the developments he has witnessed throughout his lifetime. "The world is constantly evolving. It's a continual experience. It is improving slightly, but not much. It's going the right way," he stated.?
Tinniswood, who survived both World Wars, married Blodwen in 1942. They spent 44 years together before Blodwen died. He has a daughter, four granddaughters, and three great-grandchildren.?
?The video was shared one day ago. Since then, the post has received more than 52,000 views. The share has caused individuals to leave a variety of responses.
