Meanwhile, heatstroke has caused 21 deaths in Maharashtra which is the highest in the past five years.?Heatstroke?symptoms include dizziness, nausea, heartburn, muscle cramps, and fatigue.?Health experts have suggested that people avoid going out in the afternoons.?
As per IMD, a heatwave is when the maximum difference in temperature is between 4.5 and 6 degrees. So, if a region's usual temperature is 40 degrees and the actual documented temperature is 45 degrees, the area is experiencing a heatwave.? ??
